About the Role

Our New York office is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the firm’s people operations across recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role will partner closely with firm leadership to support a positive, high-performing workplace culture and deliver exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Serve as a resource for employee relations matters and HR policy guidance
• Administer benefits, leave management, and HRIS data maintenance
• Assist with performance management, training, and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies
• Support HR programs, reporting, and day-to-day people operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Human Resources experience  in a corporate, professional services, or law firm environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations
• Experience supporting recruiting, benefits administration, and HR operations
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) a plus

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Ability to Commute: New York, NY 10022 (Required)
