At Townsquare Media Group, we’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our corporate HR team. This is a true generalist position where you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of Human Resources while supporting employees and leaders across the organization. From employee relations and HR operations to payroll and compliance, this role offers the opportunity to build a well-rounded HR foundation and grow within a dynamic, fast‑paced company. What You’ll Do As a key member of our HR team, you’ll serve as a versatile HR Generalist supporting a broad range of functions across the employee lifecycle. This role is highly collaborative and offers exposure to HR operations, compliance, benefits, and employee support, with ownership of several critical programs.
