Operations Coordinator

Location: Mine Hill, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our investment advisory practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This position will work closely with advisors and the broader team to help ensure efficient operations and a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day operational activities
• Assist advisors and team members with administrative and operational needs
• Maintain accurate client and firm records
• Organize and manage documents, information, and workflow
• Assist with client onboarding and account-related processes
• Coordinate communication and follow-up with clients and internal team members
• Help ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiency
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Provide general administrative support to the financial planning team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services/financial industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Professional and client-service oriented
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to learn
