We are seeking an experienced Contracts & HR Operations Specialist to support contract administration and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience reviewing NDAs, Teaming Agreements (TAs), subcontractor agreements, vendor contracts, and other business agreements , along with hands-on knowledge of employee benefits and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and administer NDAs, TAs, subcontractor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts.

· Identify key contractual obligations, risks, compliance requirements, and renewal/expiration dates.

· Coordinate contract reviews and negotiations with management, legal counsel, vendors, and business partners.

· Maintain contract records, trackers, amendments, and executed agreements.

· Support employee benefits administration, PTO, and other programs.

· Coordinate with benefits brokers, insurance carriers, payroll, and HR vendors.

· Support onboarding, employee documentation, HR policies, and compliance activities.

· Support employee relations, including employee concerns, workplace issues, attendance/performance matters, policy questions, and conflict resolution.

· Prepare management reports and ensure timely follow-up on contracts, benefits, and compliance matters.

· Escalate legal or employment issues to appropriate legal counsel or management.

· Coordinate employee engagement activities, company celebrations, team events, holiday parties, and year-end awards/recognition programs.

· Other Adhoc tasks assigned

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in contracts, HR operations, legal operations, or a combination.

· Strong experience reviewing NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and commercial contracts.

· Working knowledge of employee benefits and HR administration.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

· Experience in IT consulting, government contracting, or professional services is preferred.

· Familiarity with ADP, Deltek Costpoint, or similar systems is a plus.
