Base Pay $19.00 / Hour Employee Type Part Time Exempt Contact information Description NOW Hiring - Patient Care Coordinator - Front Desk Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator for our Marshfield, WI clinic. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, this is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment. This position will be part time with potential to move to full time status. Responsibilities include; Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments. Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits. Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy. Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources. Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology. Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties Collecting copay's and patient balances Patient Care assistance as needed Strong organizational skills Knowledge of Insurance benefits Must be available to workM/W/Th 8-5p, F 8-12p #J-18808-Ljbffr GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY
