Administrative Support

Assignment: 6 hours per day, 187 days per year Minnetonka High School $21.79 minimum hourly rate. Medical and dental benefit eligible position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and process instructional materials.
• Organizational support for student testing.
• Process general supply requests.
• Assist with day-to-day educational support.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Job Qualifications:

• Evidence of excellent word processing/data entry skills, minimum 40 wpm.
• Evidence of proficiency with Microsoft and Google products.
• Evidence of the ability to be flexible in scheduling time.
• Evidence of the ability to stay on task in an office atmosphere of constant interruption.
• Evidence of the ability to maintain good rapport with coworkers and cooperate in providing services.
• Pleasant telephone manner and excellent human relations skills.
• Evidence of accuracy in work produced.
• Evidence of ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
