Support a positive and team-oriented practice culture. Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensed dental hygienist Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license (Michigan). Current CPR and BLS certification. Proven ability to provide high-quality dental hygiene care with professionalism and compassion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous growth. Experience working in a periodontal-focused hygiene program. Desire for professional development and coaching to reach maximum earning potential. Ability to work independently while contributing as a collaborative team member.
