Community Access Social Worker I
JFSA
Jewish Family Service LA in Los Angeles is seeking a Social Worker I to assist clients through intake, information, and referrals within the Central Access team. You will support short-term case management and help clients enroll in eligible benefits, with outreach at SOVA sites and pop-up locations. You will collaborate with Social Workers, maintain timely documentation, and connect clients to community resources, government programs, and needed services, while upholding professional boundaries #J-18808-Ljbffr JFSA
