Responsibilities Include Assist with recruiting activities and hiring events Assist with phone screenings and interviews Process employment paperwork and maintain personnel files Verify employment documentation and check requirements Answer applicant questions and provide excellent customer service Assist with answering phones Maintain accurate records using applicant tracking and office software Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, customer service, healthcare staffing, human resources, or office administration preferred Healthcare or home care experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone and in person Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a strong desire to help others succeed If you're motivated, organized, and passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers, you'll thrive on our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Guardian Angel Senior Services
