At May CDJR Chandler, we are Driven to Serve our customers, employees, and community. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll greet customers, help them find the right vehicle, and guide them through the buying process with honesty and care.

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed.

No high-pressure sales—just a people-first, A-MAY-Zing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot

• Determine customer needs and recommend vehicles

• Explain features and demonstrate vehicles (test drives)

• Complete sales paperwork accurately

• Present financing and warranty options

• Follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction

• Meet sales goals and attend training

Basic Qualifications:

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional personality

• Motivated and goal-driven

• Comfortable following processes

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive or dealership experience

• Passion for serving others and delivering an A-MAY-Zing Experience

• Ability to build relationships and repeat business

• Community involvement mindset

• Familiarity with Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram or willingness to learn

• CRM or tech skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Desire to grow into leadership roles
