Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Barback to join our dynamic team. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring the bar area runs smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and advance your career. Key Responsibilities Assist bartenders with preparing and serving drinks. Stock and replenish bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware, and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing and sanitizing glassware and utensils. Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts. Restock ice, soft drinks, and other bar essentials throughout the shift. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs promptly and courteously. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team. Requirements Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
