Job Overview Part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy in Downey, CA. Hourly pay is $18.00. Work up to 15 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday preferred and flexible Friday options. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products and tailor demonstrations to customer needs. Engage customers, build rapport and create memorable experiences. Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees. Train retail associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality and demo‑readiness. Report sales, track metrics and provide competitive insights. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Advise customers by providing information on products and services. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six (6) months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience. Knowledge of technology products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
