Med Care Manager

The Medication Aide/Med Tech is responsible for administering medications and treatments safely, accurately, and with dignity to residents in a senior living environment. Key Responsibilities include: Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders Following the Six Rights of Medication Administration Documenting accurately in MAR/TAR in real time Monitoring residents during and after medication passes Observing symptoms, reporting concerns, and administering medications for symptom relief Completing narcotic counts and maintaining medication carts and rooms Adhering to infection control and safety standards Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or GED; age 18+ CPR and First Aid certifications Strong documentation and communication skills This role plays a critical part in preventing medication errors, early detection of health changes, and ensuring resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr LiveWell Homecare Agency
