Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, a leading 179-bed nursing home in Middlesex County, New Jersey. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and comfort on our weekends. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals on weekends
Review and implement patient care plans, ensuring that they align with the needs and preferences of each individual
Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with other departments, such as social services and activities, to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
