ARMS Staffing
Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and perform procedures to support patient recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and implement care plans.
- Perform patient transfers and bladder scans.
- Administer medications and manage dressing changes.
- Ensure compliance with unit guidelines and patient safety protocols.
- Participate in hourly rounding and bedside report/handoff.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Valid RN Licensure.
- BLS Certification.
- Experience in transfer training and EMR proficiency is essential.
- Preferred: Rehab experience and knowledge of rehab scoring documentation.
