Position: Assembler

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Assembler to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling products, handling materials, packing finished goods, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with assembly and production tasks.
• Move, load, and unload materials and finished products.
• Pack products for shipment.
• Use basic hand tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Capable of lifting and moving materials safely.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work weekend 12-hour shifts.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Work Environment:

• Clean, bright, and well-lit manufacturing facility.
• Fast-paced production setting.
• Requires standing for extended periods and material handling throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT.

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
