Senior Lab Hardware Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a Senior Lab Hardware Coordinator to support hardware integration and testing in a fast‑paced engineering lab within the Advanced Airborne RF Sensors team at Raytheon. Location & Employment Onsite, Plano, Texas, United States. Key Responsibilities Manage, organize, and maintain Special Test Equipment (STE) and Government‑Furnished Equipment (GFE) in accordance with program and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with government property management standards, including proper documentation, handling, and audits. Maintain accurate inventory tracking systems, including asset status, location, and calibration records. Coordinate hardware setup and configuration to support lab integration, test, and engineering activities. Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure equipment readiness. Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and repair activities for lab equipment. Support lab operations by preparing equipment for test events and ensuring proper teardown and storage. Assist in improving lab processes, organization, and efficiency of hardware utilization. Collaborate across teams to ensure timely availability of equipment to meet program schedules. Qualifications – Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred). Minimum of 5years of experience supporting hardware setup, integration, and testing in an engineering lab. Experience with hardware inventory management and documentation. Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance (required prior to start date). U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance). Preferred Qualifications Active Top‑Secret clearance. Experience with RF, radar, electronic warfare, or avionics hardware. Ability to operate lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators. Familiarity with calibration processes and standards. Experience with inventory management systems or asset‑tracking tools. Background in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries. Knowledge of lab safety protocols (ESD, grounding, hardware handling). Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range:$86,800–$165,200USD (based on experience).
