Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize personnel files for scanning.
- Scan, verify, and electronically file documents.
- Ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly indexed.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Identify and report missing or duplicate documents.
- Assist with file organization, archiving, and other administrative duties.
- Perform quality checks to ensure records meet established standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous office, administrative, or records management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move file boxes up to 25 pounds.
