Position Overview Full‑time retail store manager who leads a high‑performance team of 8–20 associates to create an unforgettable customer experience. Responsible for driving sales, talent development, and omni‑channel operations while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Inspire a customer‑obsessed team to achieve sales, loyalty, and talent goals. Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention. Manage visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expenses for omni‑channel success. Connect with the community to increase awareness and drive new ideas.
