The beauty manager drives the sales strategy by hiring, training, and coaching the team daily to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest. Qualifications: At least 3 years of proven Management and Leadership experience in a service, retail, or beauty industry environment leading a team of 5+ employees is required. College degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Demonstrated sales experience in a commission-based setting. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and proposed solutions. The ability to motivate, inspire, coach and lead by example. Strong organizational, task management, and delegation skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite and experience with POS. Responsibilities: Hire, train, and supervise employees like Guest Service Associates (our front-of-house team) and Wax Specialists in customer service, sales, and quality of service. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team through daily coaching. Develop and foster an inspiring high-performance culture where people love coming to work. Build the business through effective scheduling and by spearheading our retention strategy to exceed our guests’ expectations. Proactively de-escalate any unsatisfied issues and train the team on opportunities. Assess business analytics and drive key performance metrics through action planning and leveraging team strengths. Complete administrative tasks such as payroll and inventory in a timely manner and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths. Maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. Additional management duties as needed.
