Position Overview What you’ll do: Being a maurices full‑time retail store manager gives you the opportunity to lead a team of talented associates and create an unforgettable experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. This role builds and supervises a high‑performance team of 8–20, including 3–4 members of management. Key Responsibilities Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and driving and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent). Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention. Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control. Connect with the community to increase awareness.
