Social Services & Medicaid Coordinator

Description We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and dependable individual to join the Delmar Gardens on the Green Family in a versatile resident-focused role. This position primarily supports our Social Services Department while also providing backup support to Admissions and the Business Office. Responsibilities include Assisting residents and families Coordinating services and transportation Supporting the admission process Conducting facility tours Assisting with admission paperwork Helping with Missouri Medicaid applications, reinvestigations and follow-up The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, enjoys working with people and is comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Long-term care, healthcare, admissions, social services or Medicaid experience preferred. Social Services Designee experience is a plus.
