RN MDS Coordinator - Post-Acute Care & Compliance Leader

Life Care Centers of America seeks an RN MDS Coordinator to oversee and coordinate MDS Assessments, CCAs and Care Plans in a post-acute setting. The role ensures accuracy, timely submission and up-to-date CMS RAI compliance across the interdisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will hold an RN license in good standing, have 2 years of nursing experience (geriatric preferred) and CPR certification, and will participate in ongoing regulatory education and collaboration with the DON and care staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Life Care Centers of America
