Trexon is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to join the HQ IT team, supporting end users at the Hamden, CT and Crossville, TN locations. This role focuses on desktop support, Windows administration, and coordinating with EZ Form and Intelliconnect business units to minimize downtime and improve the user experience.
