About the role Productions is the 'done for you' managed services wing of the company made for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts to unlock human‑edited dubs, audiobooks, and more in 15+ languages directly on the the company platform. Here are a few recent projects Productions has helped bring to life: Dubbing for some of the world’s biggest creators (DudePerfect, Lex Fridman, Andrew Huberman) and media businesses Audiobook production for leading publishers and digital storytelling platforms Voice creation, sound design, and other audio engineering services for the company' largest customers You can learn more about Productions here: company.io/productions Responsibilities Lead a team of talented Audio Engineers Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for the company customer using different techniques Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality Provide hands‑on training and technical guidance on the company tools and best practices Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for their workflows Requirements 10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., "Pro Tools", "Reaper", "Logic", "Ableton") Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice‑design solutions Location This role is remote and can be executed globally.
