We take concentrated positions in businesses we intend to hold. We do not spray capital across a portfolio and wait to see what survives. We back founders building brands meant to outlast them, and we stay in the work long after the wire clears in the operating decisions, the distribution fights, and the hard conversations most capital shows up too late for.

About the Role

We are adding one General Partner. One.

This is not an operating partner seat, a venture advisor title, or a business development role wearing a partner's name. You will sit beside the founding General Partner with real authority over capital formation, investment decisions, and the direction of the firm. You will be one of the two faces of Bey Group International to every founder, investor, broker, and acquirer we deal with.

The person we want is already doing this job. You raise the capital. You hold the LP relationships. You source the deals and run the diligence. You lead the team.

You are just doing it under someone else's name.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and capital formation. Build the LP base. Close it.
• Activate your network angels, family offices, strategic investors, founders, operators into proprietary deal flow and capital access. Not eventually. Immediately.
• Source, evaluate, and manage investments across the firm's core sectors
• Advise portfolio companies on growth, operations, capital strategy, and expansion. Be the call founders make when it is hard.
• Unlock distribution, partnerships, brand reach, and revenue that would not exist without you in the seat
• Represent the firm publicly and shape where it goes over the next decade

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years across private equity, venture capital, or investment banking, at principal level or above
• A record investing in, advising, or scaling lower middle market companies with outcomes you can point to and defend
• You have raised real money, from people who had other places to put it
• Command of manufacturing, consumer products, food & beverage, retail, and how brands actually grow
• A network you can activate this quarter, not one you would have to rebuild
• The credibility to sit across from an engineer, a founder, or an operator and be taken seriously inside ten minutes
• Conviction in founders that is on the record in your checks, your writing, your operating work, your community

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inside a lean or early-stage fund, where strategy and execution sit with the same person
• Board or observer experience with consumer or manufacturing businesses
• A track record backing or building early-stage consumer brands

Partnership Structure

This is a partner-level appointment with equity participation and long-term economics in the firm.

Consistent with standard General Partner terms, the role carries a personal capital commitment alongside the firm. Structure, economics, and terms are discussed directly with qualified candidates.
