Position Summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Home Care
Pay: Starting at $31.00 per hour
Location: Marysville, OH
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

BrightStar Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a long-term adult client in Marysville, OH. This position offers consistent scheduled shifts and clinical support in a home care setting.

Client Information

• Adult client with quadriplegia
• Tracheostomy and ventilator support
• Uses power wheelchair, hospital bed, and Hoyer lift
• Oral medication administration
• Pet present in the home

Job Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, including tracheostomy and ventilator care
• Assist with transfers using appropriate equipment
• Support activities of daily living as needed
• Monitor, document, and report patient status
• Maintain a safe and organized care environment
• Communicate with family members and clinical team

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Trach and ventilator experience preferred; training available
• Current CPR certification
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Dependable and professional work ethic
