At Eastland, we take pride in our employees and our residents. We look for the best in staff members and ensure proper communication to continue our 5-Star legacy. Our facility is 93 beds, with a memory care unit. We work closely with families and provide proper training for our staff members.

Our LPN and RN shifts are 12 hours, with flexibility in schedules and shifts. We also ensure safe patient-to-staff ratios.

As an Eastland Care Center employee, you will receive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance as well as PTO. Must hold current and active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
