Pediatric LPN – Private Duty (Night Shift)
Pay: $31/hour | Weekly Pay | Part time Nights

Looking for a meaningful nursing role with one-on-one patient care?
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide overnight care for a pediatric patient with seizure activity and a J-tube in a home setting. This is a great opportunity to build strong patient relationships while delivering skilled, focused care.

Schedule:

• Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am
• Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm

Patient Needs:

• Seizure monitoring and intervention 
• J-tube feeding and care 
• Ongoing assessment and support in a home environment 
• Must be comfortable riding the school bus with the patient when needed 

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care per the Plan of Care 
• Monitor and document seizure activity 
• Manage J-tube feedings and site care 
• Assist with daily care and ensure patient safety 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation 

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio LPN license  
• Current CPR certification  
• G-tube/J-tube experience preferred (paid training provided) 
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance 
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening 
• Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray 
• Ability to ride the school bus with the patient
