Support Analyst

Assisting in the resolution of data platform and infrastructure issues, the full-time Support Analyst will serve as a liaison between technical and operational teams, providing analysis, technical assistance, and support coordination for business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Communicate directly with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as necessary Coordinate with data operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues Document and improve Production Support processes, contributing to the knowledge base for future reference Required qualifications Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred 0-1 year of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level applications in Windows or Linux environments Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash Project management experience preferred Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment
