Als Product Compliance Officer ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles klopt - van regelgeving tot productinformatie. Wat ga jij doen? In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken én verbeteren van product compliance binnen onze organisatie. Jij zorgt dat onze producten voldoen aan alle relevante wet- en regelgeving - en dat dit ook aantoonbaar is. Compliance & structuur Opzetten en verbeteren van systemen, procedures en werkwijzen rondom product compliance. Opstellen en onderhouden van duidelijke compliance richtlijnen. Beheren van productdossiers en verzamelen van benodigde documentatie. Wet- en regelgeving Monitoren en interpreteren van (nieuwe) wetgeving zoals o.a.: GPSR

CE / RoHS EN 581 (outdoor meubelen) Exportwetgeving (VS, UK, EU) Vertalen van deze regels naar concrete eisen voor productontwikkeling en leveranciers. Productinformatie & labeling Controleren van labels, verpakkingen en productinformatie. Zorgen dat waarschuwingen en handleidingen volledig en juridisch correct zijn. Opstellen en beheren van product datasheets (meertalig). Testmanagement Opzetten en coördineren van producttests samen met productontwikkeling. Selecteren en aansturen van externe testlaboratoria. Beoordelen van testresultaten en bepalen van vervolgstappen. Samenwerking Productontwikkeling Sourcing Kwaliteit Supply Chain Product data Wat krijg jij van ons? Jij bent iemand die scherp is, gestructureerd werkt en niet bang is om duidelijk te zijn. Je denkt niet in "ongeveer goed" - maar in goed of niet goed. Daarnaast: Heb je een hbo-opleiding in techniek, productontwikkeling, engineering of vergelijkbaar. Heb je (junior) ervaring met product compliance, QA of regelgeving. Heb je interesse in productwetgeving en kwaliteitssystemen. Ben je analytisch sterk en werk je nauwkeurig. Kun je technische documenten goed beoordelen.
