Medical Front Office Clerk

Job Overview This full‑time position is eligible for company benefits. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (40 hours) Responsibilities Perform clerical duties and provide support to Behavior Health providers Administer paperwork and perform data entry Answer phones Schedule appointments Research reports Maintain excellent customer relations and good communication skills Attention to detail Maintain a positive and professional approach toward clients and staff Multitask as needed Minimum Qualifications Completion of a certificate from a vocational/technical school in clerical/secretarial support or a related area Completion of 90 quarter hours (60 semester hours) of business school or college 2 years of experience performing medical office work including clerical duties, automated equipment usage, accounting, and/or business management Preferred Qualifications 2 years of medical front office experience with excellent customer service skills Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program Computer knowledge and experience Bilingual (English to Spanish) Avita is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
