Sales Support Specialist

Must have proficiency in Sage ERP System. Responsibilities: Receive and process customer purchase orders. Review purchase orders against approved pricing and terms. Prepare and issue customer invoices through Sage. Ensure invoices reflect applicable products, quantities, pricing, shipping, taxes, and payment terms. Assist with preparing customer, sales, and product presentations. Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, conferences, and other sales activities. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in sales administration, order administration, customer service, operations administration, accounts receivable support, or a similar role. Hands-on experience using Sage accounting/ERP software. Experience processing customer purchase orders and invoices. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
