In the US, we have the privilege to partner with the world’s #1 hospital, Mayo Clinic, to deliver the Mayo Clinic Diet. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our B2C marketing and content. You will turn marketing strategy into consumer campaigns that drive member acquisition and engagement and own the content plan from brief to publish. This is a new, full-time role for someone who can plan and execute in equal measure: setting the calendar, running paid media day to day, writing and commissioning content, and reporting on what's working. You will work closely with the VP - Marketing, Product, Tech, Member Success, clinical and legal reviewers and external vendors. Reports to: VP - Marketing Plan and run B2C campaigns across email, paid social, search and community channels. Own the B2C campaign and content calendars across blog, social, email, video and the website, keeping every channel aligned with current promotions. Content Create core content, including articles, member stories, explainer videos and guides. Turn clinical evidence into clear, accurate consumer content. Ensure all content is optimized for AEO/SEO. Schedule B2B content requested by the VP - Marketing. Manage the website, CRM and customer journeys, including re-engagement and promotional campaigns. Run paid media day to day: targeting, spend pacing, testing and optimization within the agreed budget. Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaign launches. Track B2C funnel and content performance, including acquisition cost, conversion, retention and engagement. Build and present the monthly marketing dashboard, with clear recommendations for optimization. 5–7 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, including at least 2 years managing campaigns end to end. ~ Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex or clinical information into clear, engaging consumer copy. ~ Hands-on experience running paid media (Meta, Google Search, app store) with accountability for budget, pacing and CAC. ~ Proficiency with email/CRM and journey automation platforms (i.e. customer.io) and website CMS tools. ~ Strong analytics skills with Google Analytics and similar tools; able to build dashboards and turn data into recommendations. ~ Solid understanding of SEO, AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization), and content marketing best practices. ~ Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to run multiple campaigns and calendars at once. ~ Collaborative communicator who works well across Marketing, Product, Tech and Member Success.
