Step Into Your Next Role With Calm Water & Bath : Become a Contract Bath Installer in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey!
We're looking for driven and detail-oriented installers to help us complete one-day installation projects throughout South Jersey. While this is a 1099 position, hard-working people could have the opportunity to transition into a full-time W2 role after 6 months of working with us!
We pay for performance, and you'll earn 8% - 10% of revenue for the projects you contribute to. Depending on how much you work, you could earn $200,000 - $250,000/year! You can also work overtime if you'd like!

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
- Sprinter van or similar work vehicle
- Ability to bring your own tools
- Positive mindset and a motivation to do your best
- PREFERRED - Experience working in the wet area (showers, pools, roofs, etc.)
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE AS OUR CONTRACT BATH INSTALLER
- Working alongside a talented crew to complete one-day bath installations
- Following our company's process to perform compliant, high-quality, hands-on work
- Working quickly without cutting corners or sacrificing quality
- Treating customers and their homes respectfully
- Jumping in to help wherever needed to ensure successful installations and happy customers
WHEN YOU'LL WORK
Typical hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday . Weekend work is also available if you're interested in overtime!
