Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nursing position in Portland, Oregon. This role involves providing specialized patient care on medical-surgical units, with a focus on telemetry monitoring. The position supports a dynamic environment with float requirements across various units and facilities, offering flexibility and growth opportunities for experienced healthcare professionals.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 08/17/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Oregon state license, at least 2 years of experience, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and background in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing. Additional skills include managing cardiac drips, interpreting dysrhythmias, and maintaining telemetry equipment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems, community hospital experience, and familiarity with intensive care procedures.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units based on skill set.
• Additional Information: Must have reliable transportation. Candidates should be flexible to work every other weekend and a minimum of three of the five major holidays. Prior experience with insulin administration, colostomy/ileostomy management, and BLS certification is required. Candidates will need to provide 2 references covering the past 3 years and respond to specific screening questions during submission.
