Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare custom non-sterile/sterile medications (capsules, creams, liquids, topicals).
• Maintain strict USP standards (<795>/<797>/<800>) and document batch logs.
• Calibrate lab equipment and track raw ingredient inventory.

Requirements:

• Active registration with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (CPhT preferred).
• Strong pharmaceutical math skills and keen attention to detail.
• 1+ years pharmacy experience (compounding experience is a plus, but we will train!).
