Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of our Easton office to ensure seamless customer service and efficient workflows.
Lead, coach, and inspire our team of insurance representatives to reach their professional and personal goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the long-term vision of The Atlantic District.
Maintain strong relationships with local business owners and community members to expand our reach.
Manage carrier relationships and ensure our portfolio meets the changing needs of our clients.
Analyze sales metrics and operational data to refine our approach and improve client retention.
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Three or more years of experience managing insurance sales operations or leading teams.
Deep understanding of policy coverage, underwriting standards, and regional market trends.
Proficiency in agency management software and digital document filing systems.
Strong track record of developing sales strategies and meeting growth targets.
Excellent coaching ability to support and elevate the performance of others.
