Responsibilities Build the most trusted and emotionally compelling brand in fintech Lead integrated brand and marketing strategy development Partner with the Chief Marketing & Corporate Affairs Officer and executive leadership team Drive brand research and consumer insights Establish and run PayPal's Brand Office; develop and enforce global brand standards Own global sponsorship portfolio and experiential marketing strategy Requirements 15+ years of progressive brand, marketing strategy, or integrated marketing leadership experience 8+ years serving as the senior brand or strategy leader for a major consumer-facing business Proven track record leading significant brand transformations Deep expertise in brand architecture, brand positioning, and portfolio strategy Strong command of brand research methodologies and consumer insights Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree strongly preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive expertise in brand strategy, brand architecture, and consumer insights, with a proven ability to lead significant brand transformations in a consumer-facing environment.
