Senior VP, Mortgage Underwriting & Credit Strategy

AmeriHome is seeking a senior Mortgage Underwriting Leader to define vision and strategy for underwriting divisions and oversee teams across Correspondent, Non-Delegated, Portfolio, and Retail Lending.
You will drive process improvements, compliance, and risk management while partnering with product and technology to deploy automation and AI capabilities.
This role requires DE or SAR designation, 15+ years of experience in residential mortgage underwriting, and a proven track record in leadership.
