Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Project Engineer / Project Management Specialist to support engineering and product development teams in an Agile environment. The role will focus on Scrum Master responsibilities, SAFe activities, project coordination, team coaching, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and support SAFe Release Train activities.

• Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies, planning, and team coordination.

• Coach teams on Agile practices and promote continuous improvement.

• Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and impediments.

• Coordinate Design History File (DHF) documentation.

• Collaborate with software, hardware, test, product, and program teams.

• Work with global teams across the U.S. and Israel.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.

• Support established SOPs, development processes, and regulated product development practices .

• Use Jira and project metrics to track progress and identify improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Software Engineering .

• 6+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 4+ years.

• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with Scrum Master responsibilities.

• Experience with SAFe and release train activities.

• Proficiency with Jira or similar Agile tools.

• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional engineering/R&D teams.

• Ability to work effectively within SOPs and established development processes.

• Experience in medical device or regulated industry preferred.

• CSM and/or SAFe certification preferred.
