ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Welcome! ¡Bienvenidos! I'm Alexa Santana, proud owner of the first-ever State Farm Agency in Rahway, New Jersey.

As a bilingual agent (hablo Inglés y Español) and lifelong Central New Jersey resident, I've built my agency on connection, compassion, and commitment. With a Bachelor of Science from Centenary University and over 23 years of State Farm experience, I earned the opportunity to open my doors as an agent in April 2021. Becoming a State Farm Agent isn't something that happens overnight-it's a journey built on helping others, something I'm deeply passionate about.

Being a Legacy Agent (my parents are also State Farm Agents), this career is more than a job-it's part of my family and my purpose. But my most important role? I'm a proud mom to an amazing child with autism. Being a special needs parent has shaped how I lead with empathy, advocate fiercely, and celebrate every milestone-at home and in business.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alexa Santana - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
