Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the House Supervisor provides direct supervision campus-wide to all staff on a given shift. Provides physical assessments of residents, implements residents treatment plan, evaluates response to treatment, provides complete documentation, administers medications as prescribed and provides health care education for residents and families. Performs duties in accordance with the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, and facility mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards./ppQualifications/ppMinimum qualifications required:/pulliGraduation from an accredited school of Nursing; current licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Nurses. BSN preferred./liliAbility to clearly speak, write and understand verbal and written English.
