To support a nationally focused practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Employment Attorney will advise employer clients on complex workplace matters, prepare legal documents, and manage litigation tasks in a collaborative remote environment. Key responsibilities Advise employer clients on employment law issues, balancing legal risks with business objectives Prepare motions, legal memoranda, and court filings to support case strategy Manage discovery, document review, and fact development throughout the litigation process Required qualifications Active license to practice law in Virginia or other eligible states At least 3 years of experience in employment law matters for employers Demonstrated ability to draft litigation-related documents effectively Practical experience managing discovery and supporting employment litigation Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team
