California Licensed Labor Attorney

Supporting a rapidly growing technology company, the full-time California Licensed Labor Attorney will manage day-to-day employment-related legal matters, partnering with HR and stakeholders while working fully remotely for a six-month project with potential extension. Key responsibilities Provide legal counsel on employee lifecycle documentation and employee relations support Assist with leave and accommodation matters, discovery, records management, and subpoena responses Deliver multi-state employment counseling, particularly focused on California and other specified states Required qualifications Active California Bar license and strong experience in California employment law Proven background in handling various employment-related legal issues Experience working collaboratively with HR and internal business stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment Familiarity with multi-state employment regulations, particularly in Texas, Minnesota, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, and Colorado
