We are the world's first AI-native law firm and we're building the future of law - where cutting-edge tech meets razor-sharp legal insight.Job DetailsResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a caseload of diverse employment law matters, including wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.Engage in settlement negotiations.Lead deposition preparation, prepare for and take depositions.Oversee and adhere to litigation deadlines.Prepare for and attend mediations.Qualifications3+ years of experience in civil litigationEmployment law experience strongly preferredJD from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the California State BarFamiliarity with AI tools and their application in legal practiceBilingual skills in Spanish are a huge plusInterested in hearing more?
