California-Licensed Commercial Litigation Attorney

Seeking a California-Licensed Commercial Litigation Attorney for a full-time in-house contract engagement, this position will manage sophisticated commercial litigation cases, including breach of contract and real property disputes, while working remotely with a preference for candidates residing in Southern California. Key responsibilities: Manage case analysis, strategy development, and pre-trial pleadings and motions through to trial and arbitration Focus on complex commercial litigation, including consumer claims and securities class actions Collaborate with corporate clients to address and resolve general commercial disputes Required qualifications: 6+ years of complex commercial litigation and trial experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or a sophisticated boutique firm Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school Outstanding references Licensed and in good standing in California
