Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established Tucson practice. Whether you're an experienced dentist seeking a strong patient base or a newer provider looking for mentorship and clinical support, this opportunity offers the autonomy, resources, and stability needed to build a successful long-term career.

What you can expect:

• $20,000 signing bonus
• NHSC loan repayment eligible: This practice is an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site, making eligible providers qualified to receive up to $150,000 in student loan repayment, depending on program eligibility and service commitment.
• Guaranteed compensation during your first year
• Earnings potential of $180,000$400,000+
• No production targets or quotas
• Established patient base with consistent demand
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive general dentistry practice
• Full practice management support, including marketing, scheduling, and administrative services
• Collaborative team environment focused on quality patient care

Clinical support and professional growth:

• In-house board-eligible and board-certified specialists for collaboration and referrals
• Clinical mentorship for new and experienced dentists

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Arizona dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
• Current CPR certification
