We are looking for an energetic and friendly general dentist to join our team of professionals in our location in Tucson, AZ .

Associates have full autonomy in establishing their treatment plans and rendering care. We offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentorship. You can concentrate on your area of expertise while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Responsible for providing and delivering quality dental care to our patients
• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations
• Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family, and receive informed consents for treatments services
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas
• Provide endodontics treatment, including molars
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
• Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Possibility of earning between $250,000-$500,000
• $900-$1,200 Daily Minimum Guarantee (amount based on experience)
• 33% of Net Production or Daily minimum, the higher of the two
• Possibility of making up to 33% of net production based on tenure. The longer you stay, the more you make
• Up to $7,500 Sign -on bonus (Based on experience)
• Up to $20,000 Performance bonus (Based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience
• AZ Dental License
• DEA License
