Peak Management is currently looking for a \"ROCKSTAR\" Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired property, of 150+ units. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle. Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more. In addition, must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
